Happiness On The Move 2016

It is officially possible to register for the Happiness On The Move International Photography Award 2016, organised by Cortona On The Move in collaboration with Consorzio Vino Chianti.
The fifth edition of the contest is dedicated to happiness and it is open to all photographers, professionals or not, of any age, gender and nationality. In order to take part to the contest you will need to fill in the form here, pay the subscription fee and navigate to your own area by entering your username and password sent to you after registering. In this section you will be able to upload up to three projects on the topic, each one can be made of 8 to 15 images in JPEG format (800 pixel in height at 72 dpi) and accompanied by a short biography of the author and an explanatory text on the project presented (one text for each uploaded work). The most deserving work will be selected by a jury of international experts, among which Daphne Angles (The New York Times in Paris), Simon Bainbridge (British Journal of Photography), Elena Boille (Internazionale), Renata Ferri (Io Donna, Amica), Arianna Rinaldo (Cortona On The Move) and Fiona Rogers (Magnum), to name a few. The winner will win a monetary price of 4000 €. But that is not it. The winner’s work will be also printed at the organisation’s expenses and shown in the festival’s 2017 edition. The award ceremony will take place on Saturday 16th of July in Cortona, during the festival’s opening day.
